Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls

I am a sucker for good looking little snacks. Especially those pretty bliss balls which remind me a bit of Christmas, like these bliss balls. They are só easy to make, packed with healthy ingredients and the best part: it instantly looks fancy on your table and it looks like you spend hours in the kitchen 😉

I made 3 different kinds of Bliss Balls. The base of those bliss balls is very simple:

Makes about 15 dates, 3 different types

  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 60 grams of mixed nuts (I used raw cashews & walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

-Place everything in the food processor and mix until it resembles a paste. Don’t mix too long if you want a bit of chunky-ness in your bliss balls. If your mixture is too dry, add a bit of coconut oil and pulse to mix through. The mixture should be a little sticky to roll easily into balls.

-Divide the mixture into 3 parts. See below for the specific recipes for the 3 different types of bliss balls. Add the different things to the base mixture and get creative. Make your hands a bit wet, make bite-sized balls and roll into your favorite topping.
